London, UK, 2 June 2015 – POWER-GEN Europe, and its co-located event Renewable Energy World Europe, the leading conference and exhibition for the European power and renewable industries, has confirmed two further speakers for the highly anticipated keynote address: Ineke Dezentjé Hamming-Bluemink, President of FME, the leading Dutch employers’ association in the technology industry, and Marie Donnelly, Director of Renewables, Research and Innovation, Energy Efficiency at the European Commission’s DG Energy.

At the European Commission’s DG Energy, Ms. Donnelly is responsible for the development of policy and actions on energy efficiency and the coordination of research actions in the field of energy, including the development of innovative solutions for low carbon technologies.

“We are extremely pleased that Ineke and Maria have agreed to speak in Amsterdam at this year’s POWER-GEN Europe and Renewable Energy World Europe,” said Nigel Blackaby, Director of Conferences, and PennWell International UK. “The combination of their leadership in key energy industry organisations and experience in European politics makes them ideal authorities on the European manufacturing and energy industries – their addresses at the conference are not to be missed.”

Ms. Dezentjé and Ms. Donnelly will be speaking alongside Maria van der Hoeven and Dr Wolfgang Konrad. The keynote address will take place at POWER-GEN Europe and Renewable Energy World Europe in the Amsterdam RAI on Tuesday 9th June from 9:30am-11:00am.
